Unboxing and Inventory
Before starting assembly, carefully unpack all components and verify you have all parts listed in the manual.
What you'll need:
- F1 RC Car kit
- Assembly tools (included)
- Thread lock compound
- Lubricating oil
- Clean workspace
Chassis Assembly
Start by assembling the main chassis structure. This forms the foundation of your F1 RC car.
Assembly steps:
- Install the main chassis plate
- Attach the front and rear bulkheads
- Install the center differential
- Mount the motor mount
- Secure all screws with thread lock
Important: Use thread lock compound on all metal-to-metal connections to prevent loosening during operation.
Suspension Installation
Install the suspension system for proper handling and stability.
Front suspension:
- Install upper and lower A-arms
- Mount shock absorbers
- Install steering knuckles
- Connect tie rods
Rear suspension:
- Install rear arms
- Mount rear shocks
- Install rear hubs
Drivetrain Assembly
