Unboxing and Inventory

Before starting assembly, carefully unpack all components and verify you have all parts listed in the manual.

What you'll need:

  • F1 RC Car kit
  • Assembly tools (included)
  • Thread lock compound
  • Lubricating oil
  • Clean workspace

Chassis Assembly

Start by assembling the main chassis structure. This forms the foundation of your F1 RC car.

Assembly steps:

  1. Install the main chassis plate
  2. Attach the front and rear bulkheads
  3. Install the center differential
  4. Mount the motor mount
  5. Secure all screws with thread lock

Important: Use thread lock compound on all metal-to-metal connections to prevent loosening during operation.

Suspension Installation

Install the suspension system for proper handling and stability.

Front suspension:

  • Install upper and lower A-arms
  • Mount shock absorbers
  • Install steering knuckles
  • Connect tie rods

Rear suspension:
